Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product releases, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Canada Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD. Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 4-10 business days

These delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@gentlemenstee.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gentleman’s Tee Golf Ltd. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order

International Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
