Return Policy
At Gentlemen’s Tee Golf Ltd., we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Simple Return Process
Our return process is designed to be simple and straightforward.

We will provide you with return instructions. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping. If you choose this option, you must provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@gentlemenstee.com to start the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
